Characteristics Gardenia Red  Natural Pigment

Gardenia red pigment is reddish brown powder or liquid, soluble in water, 30% ethanol solution, insoluble in ethanol and grease

Type I products in PH value between 3.5 ~ 8 colors and solubility stability, type II products between 3.0 ~ 8 colors and solubility stability; Heat resistance, good light fastness; Oxidant and reducing agent for pigment without adverse effect; Excellent dyeing of protein and carbohydrates.

Sealed, avoid light, store in a cool and dry place.

Shelf Life Gardenia Red  Natural Pigment

If the storage condition attains as mentioned above, powder is two years from production date. Once opened, should seal up again and use within six months.
